Kaizen Synergy law firm was established by Nihal Samara. This was in response to seeing how legal firms delivered legal advice that simply no one could understand except other lawyers. It has grown to now provide legal services across every State and Territory in Australia and across all Pacific Island countries and Governments and International bodies like the World Health Organisation are current and past clients.
Kaizen Synergy remains the core concept of this law firm.
Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning “change for the better” or “continuous improvement.”
It is a Japanese business philosophy regarding the processes that continuously improve operations and involve all employees. Kaizen sees improvement in productivity as a gradual and methodical process.
Synergy means using the Law to improve business functions and services. Synergy means the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.
